Silverstar Care is committed in responding to the changing needs of the community and actively encourages and supports continuous improvement, innovation and safe service delivery.
We provide care to the Victorian community, offering a varied range of services including health care, supported independent living, home care, private care, community based disability services. Our various programs provide social services to all in need, irrespective of age, gender, nationality or religion, making our services inclusive to all with freedom of choice.
Our organization was developed to help people conquer their disability challenges by giving them the confidence to live more independent and gratifying lives. Not only do we seek to help participants through advanced care services and assistance, we strive to empower them to realize the opportunities that await them more potentially.
Leadership structure
Silverstar Care has a board of directors chosen from the Silverstar Care membership according to the Articles of Association, and a chief executive who is assisted by a leadership team.
Silverstar Care maintains a clear distinction between the functions of the Board of Directors which has a governance role, and the Chief Executive who is responsible for the effective management of the organisation.
