Disability Services

Silverstar Care is an NDIS provider. We support people of all ages with disabilities within a family and into the community with personalised care.

Our services to people with disabilities include:

• Counseling and referrals by social workers
• Home-based care
• Day care
• Skills development and economic empowerment
• Supported Independent Living-(SIL),Respite and Short Term Accommodation-(STA)

We are NDIS ready. We’ve got staffs who are experts in the planning process. They can provide advice to assist you to make the most of your first NDIS planning or review meeting.  NDIS services include (but are not limited to) daily personal activities, group and center-based activities, high intensity daily personal activities, participation in community, social and civic activities, etc.
